Emails and newsletters

You might periodically receive emails and newsletters from MyHealthVillage .  You can unsubscribe from these emails and newsletters by replying with the subject “Unsubscribe”. If you experience difficulties with our automated unsubscribe service, please contact us at info@MyHealthVillage .com.

Forums, Message Boards, Chat and Q&A sessions

Any information you share in our community pages through forums, message boards, chats or Q&A sessions will be shared with the general public by design. This is in contrary to a conversation with a designated health guide which will be completely private and confidential. Please be careful before disclosing any Personally Identifiable or Personal Health Information in any public forum. This information could also appear in other community portals like MySpace and Facebook as well as in searched through search engines.

Children

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. MyHealthVillage is not designed or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not collect personally Identifiable Information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. A parent or guardian, however, may use MyHealthVillage to share and gain information. The parent or guardian is solely responsible for providing supervision of the minor's use of MyHealthVillage. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the registration information is kept secure and that the information submitted is accurate. The parent or guardian also assumes full responsibility for the interpretation and use of any information or suggestions provided through MyHealthVillage for the minor.
